Metal and Capital stocks pull the indices back

    
     Both Nifty and Sensex indices closed in red on friday as the global sentiments hit the hope of investors.  Nifty dropped down 34 points, closing at 5684 while Sensex closed at 18682, down by110 points.  Indian stocks made a correction today, 19, october 2012, after two days of  advancement in a series.  Metal stocks and capital stocks pulled back the indices, as the heavy profit booking adversly affected the market after recent gains.  Market had opened in red during the morning trade due to weak asian market performances. It didn't recovered the losses upto the closing time.

     Infy, Bharti Airtel, ITC, Ambuja Cement and Dr Reddy were the top five Nifty gainers while BHEL, BPCL, Jindal Steel, Hindalco,  and Grasim were the top losers.
